With the VAIMOO service, you have the option of reserving a specific category of vehicle for 30 minutes by selecting the departure station. This will allow you to find a vehicle ready to be used once you reach the selected station.
There is no additional charge for reserving a vehicle.
In the event that the vehicle you have reserved is no longer needed, you can cancel the reservation.
To reserve a vehicle:
- Vehicle reservation is available when your distance to the vehicle is greater than 5 km. In the App within the map you will see the "Book a Vehicle" button;
- Tap the "Book a Vehicle" button and follow the booking instructions;
- Within the app you will always be able to see the details of your reservation: the timer by which you must pick up your vehicle, the station at which you reserved a vehicle;
- You will be able to cancel your reservation within 30 minutes at no additional cost.
Remember:
- If you have reserved the vehicle of one category, you will not be able to unlock a vehicle of a different category. In order to do so, you must cancel your reservation and make a new one;
- If you have booked the vehicle of one category at a specific station, you will not be able to take the same category of vehicle at another station. In order to do so, you must cancel the reservation and make a new one.

"I cannot book a vehicle within the station"
- Make sure there is an active and working internet connection on your smartphone;
- In the case of an electric vehicle, ensure that the chosen vehicle has a sufficient remaining battery charge (at least 2 LEDs lit);

- Enter the required information in the form that appears;
- Send the report by clicking on 'Send';
- Your report will be taken over by a VAIMOO Support Worker who will get back to you as soon as possible.
"I cannot start a rental of a booked vehicle".
- Make sure that there is an active and working internet connection on your smartphone;
- Make sure you have set up a valid payment method
