Scan the QR code located on the top of the vehicle and tap the "Start Ride" button to start the rental.
If you have trouble scanning the QR code you can also enter it manually by tapping the "ABC1" button.
To unlock a vehicle present at a station by QR code and start the rental:
- Scan the QR code on the top of the vehicle and tap the "Start Ride" button to start the rental;
- If you have trouble scanning the QR code, you can enter it manually by tapping the "ABC1" button;
- Tap the "Unlock the vehicle" button. Do not lock the phone to ensure that the lock opens properly. You will see a screen showing instructions to verify that the lock is unlocked correctly;
- Upon completion of unlocking the lock, the rental is started.
If not already done a message will prompt you to purchase a BikePass and enter your payment method. Both purchasing the BikePass and entering the payment method are required to make your first ride and continue using the service thereafter.
