VAIMOO vehicles are equipped with an electromechanical lock. Before starting the rental of the VAIMOO vehicle make sure that the unlocking of the lock is done correctly, including following the instructions on the App.
To end the rental of a VAIMOO vehicle, the lock must be properly locked. Once you lower the appropriate lever located on the padlock itself, you will hear an audible signal confirming that it has been closed.
If you find that the lock is damaged or not working, you can report it through the "Report" section in the App.
Also in case any other component of your VAIMOO vehicle is found to be damaged or not working, you can report it through the appropriate "Report" section in App.
