You can always check the status of your payments, within the "Payments" section in the App:
- Within the App, open the menu by tapping the icon in the top left corner;
- Tap on the "Payments" item;
- Tap on one of the payments shown to view the detail.

"I have a problem with a payment"
- Make sure there is an active and working internet connection on your smartphone
- Make sure you have completed the rental correctly
- Make sure you have set up a valid payment method
Or contact VAIMOO support directly from the app:
- From the side menu click on "Report."
- Click on "Service."
- Select the item corresponding to the correct issue;
- Enter the requested information in the form that appears;
- Submit the report by pressing "Submit."
- Your report will be taken care of by a VAIMOO Support Worker who will get back to you as soon as possible.
