You can always check the status of your payments, within the "Payments" section in the App:

  • Within the App, open the menu by tapping the icon in the top left corner;
  • Tap on the "Payments" item;
  • Tap on one of the payments shown to view the detail.

"I have a problem with a payment"

  • Make sure there is an active and working internet connection on your smartphone
  • Make sure you have completed the rental correctly
  • Make sure you have set up a valid payment method

Or contact VAIMOO support directly from the app:

  1. From the side menu click on "Report."
  2. Click on "Service."
  3. Select the item corresponding to the correct issue;
  4. Enter the requested information in the form that appears;
  5. Submit the report by pressing "Submit."
  6. Your report will be taken care of by a VAIMOO Support Worker who will get back to you as soon as possible.
