You can always review completed rentals, within the "Rides" section in the App:

  • Within the App, open the menu by tapping the icon in the top left corner;
  • Tap on the "Rides" item;
  • Tap on any of the rides shown to view details such as cost, route, duration, etc.


FAQ:

"I do not display the rental within the App".

  • Make sure there is an active and working internet connection on your smartphone;
  • Make sure you have completed the rental correctly.


Or contact VAIMOO support directly from the application:

  1. From the side menu click on "Report."
  2. Click on "Service."
  3. Select the item corresponding to the correct issue;
  4. Enter the requested information in the form that appears;
  5. Submit the report by pressing "Submit."
  6. Your report will be taken care of by a VAIMOO Support Worker who will get back to you as soon as possible.
