You can always review completed rentals, within the "Rides" section in the App:
- Within the App, open the menu by tapping the icon in the top left corner;
- Tap on the "Rides" item;
- Tap on any of the rides shown to view details such as cost, route, duration, etc.
FAQ:
"I do not display the rental within the App".
- Make sure there is an active and working internet connection on your smartphone;
- Make sure you have completed the rental correctly.
Or contact VAIMOO support directly from the application:
- From the side menu click on "Report."
- Click on "Service."
- Select the item corresponding to the correct issue;
- Enter the requested information in the form that appears;
- Submit the report by pressing "Submit."
- Your report will be taken care of by a VAIMOO Support Worker who will get back to you as soon as possible.
